Behind The Bouquet

I’m Hannah, the face behind the flowers!

Ruby & Grace was born from a lifelong love of flowers and gardening, influenced by growing up close to nature in rural North Devon.

Later in life, after spending many years enjoying flowers as a hobby, I took a Jane Packer floristry course and realised this was the job I was meant for.

When the time was right, I left my corporate role of many years, took a leap of faith and started my own floristry business. Swapping an office job where I matched people to jobs, to now matching flowers to weddings.

Over the years I have developed my own skills and knowledge, and slowly grown an amazing team of florists who work with me to create the Ruby & Grace magic. Working so closely with people is one of my favourite things about this business, and I am proud to have built great relationships with my clients, fellow suppliers and venues.

Word of mouth recommendations have been key to our success. I’ve worked with many venues for over 12 years, many where we are now a recommended supplier.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and everything we were hoping for! We were so pleased with them, the colours you picked were perfect, and everyone at the wedding said they looked and made the place look stunning.

THE TEAM

Ruby & Grace has grown alongside the team behind it, and the combined passion of our florists is vital to every design and your unique experience with us.

Ahead of your wedding, our team is busy in the flower studio unpacking and preparing your flowers. We take great care of them in the lead up to your big day to ensure they are as perfect as you imagine.

Not only do the team manage the creation of your flowers, we guide you through the process in the months leading up to the wedding. We are also on hand to liaise with your venue to ensure a smooth set up and seamless schedule on your wedding day.

On the day itself the team will meet (very early) at our studio to meticulously pack our van to transport your flowers to the venue with great care.

Now for the exciting bit! Once at the venue we get to work transforming the space to meet your vision, this can include anything from putting tea lights among delicate table displays to creating show stopping aerial installations.

Our role in your wedding is to make everything look effortlessly beautiful, with flowers that you will remember forever.

Ruby & Grace are one of a kind….Hannah and the team went over and above to deliver our dream wedding flowers. From the moment we had our first call, we knew we were in good hands. Neither of us knew much about flowers but Ruby & Grace guided us through it. We set the colour theme and described the vibe we were looking for and Ruby & Grace totally exceeded our expectations. The flowers were incredibly beautiful, so much so, everyone is still talking about them.
